LeAnne Silver

As a native North Carolinian with over twenty-seven years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, I specialize in residential and multi-family home sales, land and home site sales, new construction, luxury and estate homes. I have extensive experience as an on-site builder and developer representative, working with the area's leading developers, nineteen of the area's best custom new home builders and four national new home builders.

I have chosen to work as an independent real estate broker and limit the number of clients that I work with at any given time so that I am able to give the highest level of care and attention to my clients.

As an independent agent I can focus on what matters most - YOU!

When I am not out with my clients, I am spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy traveling, volunteer opportunities, gardening, cooking, interior decorating, staging, consulting, mycology, crafts, woodworking, kayaking, hiking, beekeeping and reading. I'm also a licensed Amateur Ham Radio Operator.
